TERMS & CONDITIONS OF RENT

RATES
* In Bali's tourism districts, rates for quality homes and villas are quoted in United States dollars (USD's).

SEASONS
* Rates are categorized in "Low, High and Peak" seasons.

* Unless otherwise stated in home/villa descriptions, these are as follows:

(I) "Peak Seasons":
a. August 01st to 31st;
b. Dec 20th to Jan 10th;

(II) "High Seasons":
a. July 15th to 31st;
b. Sept 01st to 15th;
c. Easter Week;
d. Chinese New Year;

(III) "Low Seasons":
All other times remaining of the year.

MINIMUM STAY
* Unless otherwise specified, there is a minimum stay requirement of 5 (five) consecutive nights during the low season period and a 10 night during the peak & high season dates.

TO MAKE A RESERVATION
* To confirm a booking at our private villas, we require 50% deposit of total rent to be paid at the time of booking. The payment should be sent by telegraphic bank transfer within a 5 working days upon the pro-forma accommodation’s invoice is issued.

* Total balance of rent is strictly payable to Gobali-Villas no later than 45 days prior to your arrival date in Bali (60 days for Christmas time booking) or immediately if booking is made less than 45 days prior to departure, and must be received promptly in order to guarantee your reservation. All payments have been received are not refundable.

* No booking is considered confirmed until the 50% deposit is paid in full. We accept no responsibility for contacting you should you not meet this condition and your booking is replaced by another guest

TRAVEL INSURANCE
* With potential medical, liability, cancellation risks involved on holidays, travel insurance is necessary, as a deposit and rental payments have been done are not refundable upon a reservation has been confirmed. We highly recommended to the guests to buy an all-inclusive travel insurance package which covers all your expenses if you may cancel your holiday due to personal reasons or a world event.

CHECK-OUT TIME
* Check out time is at 11.00am, and 50% of nightly accommodation rate will be charged for day use after 14.00 hours. A full night of accommodation rate is charged for check out after 18.00 hours.

CHANGES TO RESERVATIONS
* A US $50.00 administration charge may be levied to any change/s for a home/villa reservation, which has been confirmed, and for which a deposit has already been paid.

* Payment by Travelers cheques, Credit cards or Personal cheques are not accepted.

GENERALS
* All villas accommodate a maximum number of guests, which is stated in our descriptions, and must be adhered to unless otherwise agreed to prior to receipt of full and final payment. Reservations shall be for a specific number of guests, which may not be exceeded, unless this has been authorized by GoBali-Villas.

* Villas which have air-conditioning are listed as 'air-conditioned' & unless otherwise stated, air-conditioning is limited to bedrooms. All of our villas has a swimming pool and garden, private staff for house cleaning, pool attendant/gardener, night security guards and at a such villas the villa is fully serviced by a private cook and villa’s supervisor / domestic villa manager.

* GoBali-Villas will only provide a starter food kit if guest/s request shopping. Starter kits (ie. US $50) consist of provisions at least for the arrival night's dinner and breakfast the following morning. Payment hereto may either to be settled at the destination or included in GoBali-Villas' final pro-forma invoice.

* Security deposits are required for some villas. The deposits to be paid on arrival, and will be refunded in full on the day of departure, unless damages/repairs need to be performed, in which case refunds will be made by bank transfer less cost of damages.

WHAT'S INCLUDED
* All villas and private homes have at least two domestic household staff. All properties are fully equipped with bed linens, towels, cooking utensils etc.

* Items such as toilet paper, soap & drinking water are supplied at the start of the rental, and in most cases, as such items need replacing the cost shall be borne by the tenants.

* All home/villa guests must (in accordance with the Laws of Indonesia) be registered with the authorities within 24 hours of arrival at their destination.

* A photocopy of each guest's passport will be requested by one of GoBali-Villas' staff upon or shortly after arrival at their home/villa. A registration form must be promptly filled out & signed by each guest.

TAX AND SERVICE CHARGES
* At all hotels in Indonesia, a standard 11% Govt. Tax and a 10% Service Charge (totalling 21%) is normally levied.

* When renting a private villa, there are no hidden costs, surcharges (for accommodation), staff salaries, service fees or management fees that is the responsibility of the guest/tenant. Unless other specified the villa rental rates are already inclusive of all taxes and service charge.

* Gratuities for household staff shall be at guest's discretion.

CAR RENTALS & BALI TOURS
* GoBali-Villas is pleased to provide car rentals for guests. Rental rates start from approximately US $15.00 to US $45.00 daily and vary depending on type & age of vehicles. Details on : www.gobalicarrental.com.

* A family van (seats 7 passengers) with English speaking can be arranged at US $50 per day. The rent is inclusive of fuel for max. 10 hours work.

FLIGHT INFORMATION
* Guests’ names should be submitted to the GoBali-Villas Reservations Office prior to final payment along with flight information for both arrivals and departures with respect to airport transfers.

AIRPORT TRANSFERS
* One of GoBali-Villas’ staff will be at Bali's international ("Ngurah Rai airport") to greet the guests on arrival and drive them to their vacation property.

* GoBali-Villas will provide one complimentary airport transfer in each direction (not multiple transfers) to said home/villa for all guests who both arrive and depart on designated flights, details of which must be provided to GoBali-Villas your booking has been confirmed.

LIABILITY
* GoBali-Villas will not be responsible under any circumstances to refund any unused portion of with respect to accommodation, tours, car rentals, including any substitutions.

* GoBali-Villas disclaims any and all liability for property loss or damage, as well as injury including death sustained by any person whilst residing at a private home or villa, or whilst engaged on any tour, whether the loss or injury occurs as a result of breach of contractual obligations of GoBali-Villas, its servants, employees or agents.
